Structural features
Composed of plastic shel,operating mechanism, contact arc extinguishing system, tripping mechanism, etc.;
The shellis made of special plastics with high flame resistance, high temperature resistance and high strength, which has strong impact resistance and light weight;
The parts of the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker are made of high-strength plastic products, which ensure the sensitivity and reliability while obtaining the lowest moment of inertia.The time from the start of the short-circuit fault to the action of the tripping mechanism is very short;
The tripping mechanism is composed of two parts: a bimetalic overload anti-time tripping mechanism and a short-circuit transient electromagnetic mechanism;
The contact arc extinguishing system uses a special arc guide angle and arc extinguishing chamber, which has significant current limiting characteristics;
Applicable working conditions and working environment:
a.Ambient temperature: ambient temperature -25’C ~+60 C, when the ambient temperature is not the reference 30, please refer to Table
