Application Scope
BF5-125 isolation switch (hereinafter referred to as switch) is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated current below 125A, and rated voltage to 400v power distribution and control circuits.It is mainly used as the main switch in the terminal composition of electrical appliances. It can also be used to control motors. Control all kinds of low-power electrical appliances and lighting, widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, commerce and homes and other places.

Structural features:
Isolating switch series handle operation, modularization, standardized guide rail installation structure, mainly composed of insulating shell, operating mechanism, contact system System composition. The contact system adopts a direct-acting double-breakpoint structure, and two sets of parallel contacts are used in parallel for high current, which not only increases the current capacity,lt makes full use of electric power compensation. The operating mechanism uses spring energy storage to realize rapid switching, which overcomes the influence of manual operation speed. Greatly improve the reliability of the switch. The on-off of the contact is displayed by the eye-catching indicator plate of the handle, which enhances the safety of operation. It is more ideal if the leakage protector is used together.
Installation and use:
Check whether the switch is consistent with the actual working conditions before installation.
When installing, click into the installation rail according to the position shown in the figure, push the handle up to connect, and the indicator plate is red; pull down the handle to disconnect, and the indicator plate is green.
The power inlet wire is connected from the upper end of the switch, and the lower end is connected to the outlet wire. The copper wire should be tightened, and shall not be loosened, or the copper wire shall be exposed outside the terminal.
Before energizing, manually operate the switch several times, it should be flexible and reliable without blocking.
The isolating switch shall not be attacked by rain during use, storage and transportation.
Matters needing attention:The switch can carry (short-circuit) current under abnormal circuit conditions within a certain period of time, and it can also be switched on and off infrequently for appropriate overloads, but It cannot be used to break fault current.
